A term used to describe a company that can do everything for a person or client. The idea is to provide convenient and efficient service for people.

For example, a bank may be able to offer you personal banking services, investment advice and products, insurance policies as well as offer you loans. Compare this to visiting a separate institution for each area of need, and you have the possibility of saving a lot of time!
